Delete Your Account

We want you to feel in control of your data at all times. If you decide PillCaddy is no longer right for you, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. No need to contact support or wait for someone to process your request.

How to delete your account

1. Open the PillCaddy app on your phone.
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the home screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems immediately:

• Your account information (name and email address)
• All medication records, schedules, and dose logs
• All household member and pet profiles
• All notification preferences and settings
• Any subscription information associated with your account

This action is permanent

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once you confirm the deletion, your data cannot be recovered. If you want to use PillCaddy again in the future, you will need to create a new account and re-enter all of your information.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your PillCaddy account does not automatically cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play. To avoid being charged after deleting your account, make sure to cancel your subscription in your device’s subscription settings before deleting your account.
